KITCHEN REFUBISHMENT COMPLETE
UPDATE!
Following our Kitchen refurbishment, we are delighted to announce that after a recent inspection by Hart's Environmental Health Officer, we have been awarded 5 Stars which we can display on our kitchen door, the maximum possible! More information can be obtained via Harts web site which displays scores on the doors for all food establishments in the region.
Thanks for bearing with us during the work, this result makes it all worthwhile.
We are pleased to be welcoming everyone back now that the work is done.
We have a newly revised menu for the Autumn & Winter and hope that you will enjoy some of the new items included.

Food available Monday to Friday 12.00pm to 2.30pm and 6.00pm to 9.00pm, Saturdays ALL DAY 12.00 - 9.00pm & Sunday Lunch is served from mid-day until 6.00pm.

On Summer Saturday's (subject to good weather) we will be cooking Gourmet BBQ in the Back Garden between 12.00 noon & 9.00pm - look out for menus on your tables. If the weather is poor our normal menu will apply.

What's it all about?
Well, we've only been here since December 2010last year, and we are thoroughly enjoying getting to know everyone and find ourselves settling in well. There are not many changes planned in terms of the overall appearance of the Pub and its internal layout, which provides a super dining room, adequate space and tables for bar meals and socialising with friends and colleagues, as well as great outdoor facilities to the front and rear plus a nice garden for those warm summer days and evenings.
Among the changes however, will be most noticeably, the name; The Frog & Wicket, following on as the first sibling of The Frog & Wicket at Eversley Cross, which may be known to some of you. Essentially, the food will be traditional pub fayre, just as we provide in Eversley, and will be enhanced by a regularly changing and growing number of daily and weekly ‘Specials’ and À la carte items. We will have an extensive range of drinks including, an exclusive wine list including some fine wines and initially 3 cask ales.
Together with our staff, we will deliver good, honest, home-cooked food and one of the finest Sunday lunches you can find in any pub. Our team in Rotherwick comes with a good balance of youth, experience and qualifications equiped to run a vibrant village pub, giving great service and a really warm and personal reception. |
